Hi Retired Skier. Thanks! That's what I thought but wanted to be sure. Have a good weekend.

Hei Anders & DanishRider. Ja, olje, selvfølgelig. Stayed 4 yrs, 89-92, it's a great place. Moved back to US then elsewhere, now (mostly) retired in Texas. Jeg elsker Norge og Skandinavia in a way that's difficult to describe, kanskje fordi jeg er en kvart svensk. Have a great ski season.
Rigtig god sæson til dig også :) Boede i Boston for mange år siden, så kender lidt til skiløb på vestkysten :)

Given everything the OP mentions, there are likely two options: a relaxed Sport Carver in the 80mm range or an All Mountain ski around 90mm.

Right off the bat, something like a 171 Deacon 76, 174 Rossi Hero Elite Plus Ti, 170 Head e.Rally, 168 or 173 AX, 168 Rossi Experience 82, 172 Deacon 84, 172 Liberty Evolv 84, 169 Salomon Stance 84 would work; could also go up a bit to the 167 Rossi Experience 86Ti, 168 Salomon Stance 90, 172 Liberty Evolv 90. There are a lot of other skis, but given his description, I’d cross a some off, like the AR, Brahma, Kendo, and Enforcer, Kore, etc….

Personally, I’d probably go for 2 pairs—a sub 70mm sport carver and a 90mm All Mountain….
