I hope the owners try out the Bluebird Backcountry model used in Colorado. There is infrastructure at the base of Ski Rio even though the the lodge was removed - there is a mid-mountain lodge also. Even though its very remote, In these times i think there would be a good amount of interest.

Yeah, it is way way out there. The place could use a bit more elevation but it is high enough for decent snow. The terrain seems perfect for touring. Not too steep. It also has a lot of North and NE facing slopes which should get awesome snow preservation and loading.
