I do not see any actual damage in the ski that I would be concerned about. Those are just a few minor blemishes in the base that will likely disappear under the skis first coat of wax. You skis will sustain more damage the first time you lean them against the side of the car and knock them over when buckling your boots. Personally, I wouldn't accept any money from the seller, even if offered.
