@P-Ute and I were talking today that we might go to Snowbird on Sunday so this looks like good timing. Vince might come too. Fair warning, a spring shell might not cut it. If it's anything like this morning in LCC, it could be chilly on Sunday. Utah's been having an extended period of below normal temps.

Apparently that super typhoon nudged the jet stream, or something (highly scientific description), and allowed all this cold air in. It was surprisingly chilly at Snowmass the other day!

@Philpug Peruvian chair and Tram are only ways to get up the mtn these days. Base of Peruvian probably best place to rendezvous. Let us know if you pick a time to hit the mtn. Probably no rush to get first tracks as things likely to be firm early, but Peruvian's been skiing pretty good. Looks to breezy and cool on Sunday, but if sun pops out Mineral and Little Cloud could be good.

Looks like Snowbird is a no go today.

Thanks for heads-up. Windy! We may go up later this AM, but you might want to continue to CO to beat the snow coming in tonight which could mess up roads between here and there.

It looks like the Tram opened on time and could be following the weather report from Alta of 7 mph at the base or 10 mph up top?
