"Vail Mountain is now offering nearly 1200 acres for skiing and riding" per Eric Dunn, senior communications specialist for Vail and Beaver Creek.
Snowpack info has Beaver Creek at 100% of normal, and Vail Mountain at 96% of normal.
The avalanche danger for Northern Mtns/Steamboat Region and Central Mtns/Vail, Summit County are listed as "Moderate"; while Southern Mtns/northern San Juans is listed as "Low"
