From SX to flip-flops--love it. That's some growl he's giving you as he realizes you're taking his picture.

Seems like a pretty good chance this is the same guy @mdf and I met briefly at Squaw two weeks ago. How many SXs are likely to be out and about on the last remaining lift served runs in California?

I guess this is more like captivity than "in the wild," but I did stop to take a photo for @mdf . Matterhorn bar, Sunday River. You know, hanging from the rafters with the other antiques.

I didn't know this was a thing, but the thread prompted me to look for the bright yellow boots I saw earlier on FB Marketplace. While searching, I found a pair of Raichle (black), a sort of gray SX91 ($40, size 33.5), some women's Nordica, white in front, black in back, and purple at the top, my size!, white Raichle "size 8" women's, girls' Caber size 6, claiming to be women's 7.5 (?), and pink Salomon SX52 HTC, and gray Atomic Savor 80. These looked newer, but who am I to judge?

ETA: I was kind of amazed at all the boots unbuckled for their portraits. Then I realized, they are probably frozen that way and nearly impossible to buckle. I see those at the shop and have to enlist help to close the top 2 buckles.

Not in the wild but a spare pair I still have.
Loved the originals but have long since tossed the many skis I had with the matching foot pad
