Just skied 3 days WC, powder it lighter here, not has much, but more fluff. Really nice. Snake dance was nice, drinking a beer now at whistle stop, don’t want to over do it.

They need to add 'this is a marked obstacle' sign to those signed trees in case someone runs into them. Might get confused whether it is really an obstacle or not since it is marked!

Haven't been to Taos is ~20 years. Would like to make it back there soon.

For those that don’t have brains..

The table I sat at I had to clean. And just watched some one else leave their mess. I would like to hit them with a stun gun.

This is my room, real fire, not that fake stuff. They bring you fresh wood every day.

Don’t post any pics of the trails. Keep it a secret.

Bumps nice and soft today as you can imagine. No hiking for me, got this pain in my knee when i hike, not sure what it is. It’s fine when I ski, or even going up stairs, but hiking the angle and pressure on my knee hurts . Nice pow off to the side of runs, pic below my line on the far right (#4 lift). Lone star this morning got nice first tracks off to the side.

Drinking a beer now at whistle stop soaking in the sun.

Got my new boards in WC, a little fatter (106 vs 95), and a little longer (172 vs 168). I been skiing the volkls since Sunday, my last day today, wanted to try the stockli but having to much fun on volkls, they seem to turn easier in the bumps, and they carve nicely too. I want to buy some real fatties, like 114, but I liked these so well I had to buy them. Guess I just need to buy another pair now.

106's are all you need out here unless you want a ski with a different design (more rocker etc) That 2 pair of skis are MONEY out here.
