Bannanies. good thing we spent that money on the large bed for her
Haha! I know the feeling.

We either find Rendl: curled up comfy, completely on the bed, soft toy for a pillow…

Here and there.
My rescue dog Hazel and I are heading out Tuesday afternoon for 3 days https://www.emnrd.nm.gov/spd/find-a-park/navajo-lake-state-park/ camping and swimming---fishing and playing. She is ready for a chairlift ride at Taos so here we go...I'll lock her harness in for safety. She chased a car today at a park so I will be extra wise on all. I will hike her to Kachina Peak Summit and post pics here.

Here is a brief glimpse of our wonderful trip. Taos did not let her on the chair so we hiked. Phone died which I heartfully regret. Kachina summit too much for me starting at base so we hiked to Williams Lake in Wheeler Peak Wilderness at chair 4 base. 2 miles each way, steepish and muddyish. Rescue Hazel is now in my doggie Hall Of Fame :) (Don't tell her...all my dogs are in the HoF). Turns out...she is rescuing ME! We also went to abandoned ski area Sugarite in NM close to Raton, NM. I was unable to detect old ski runs but we saw deer and beautiful everything. Pics not in order, sorry.

The Vietnam Vet's memorial near Angel Fire. A must see. No words for how we treated our returning brothers.

This kind and gentle old Golden Retriever liked Hazel and met at Chair 4 base. Must be local worker's pup. Showed Hazel the creek.

Rescue Dog Hazel loving on the homeless. We gave provisions and encouragement. Many, many, homeless at Taos....I am only here in winter when I see none and was shocked to see so many hurting and alone. Let's never forget them.

My life is bettered, immeasurably, by the critter now napping at my feet. A handful at first...but worth every moment.

Ok where are the other 100…?

True lol. The neighbor has a cat that likes to sit right outside the patio door and torture Sulley, so he’s always on the lookout! For the record, he loves everything and everyone, he just loves to play. He loves our cats.
