I use an egg white, too, but had thrown out the shell. The agave makes a pleasant sweetner.

I found this photo from a couple years ago and it just cried out to be shared.
Chunks of watermelon soaked in vodka poured into a tall glass and topped off with presecco for a little sparkle.

Moscow mules is the cocktail of the day at cocktail hour at our friends condo which begins at 3:30pm.

This years version of watermelon and vodka just with a chunk of lime.

Fresh pineapple, OJ, ice in a blender with your choice of either vodka, rum, or tequila. We used vodka this time but also good with one of the others.
