You did it! I'll be very curious to hear how much assist it gives. This IS the type of bike that could sway me. But a lighter Top Fuel is my first answer. The EX-e will likely be in our garage for
@utskier. I think it's exactly what he wants.
I was talking via message with a friend who bought a 54 lb. e-bike after a trip to Europe. She's always MTBd but has never loved it. She's having trouble maneuvering this heavy bike in technical stuff. She's tiny. Hence why these newer bikes will likely be the answer for a lot of people.
Truthfully when we're in the doldrums of summer heat, I get lazy especially if I can't get out in the mornings, which for the next few weeks thanks to high school tennis, I can't. I'd love a little assist on those lazy days. But, a lighter, quicker bike will be my first choice for now.
