I am pretty stoked with what I have although I was piqued enough to read the link. Bigger is better ogwink!

If I were looking for something lighter it would probably be something like the Transition Spur:

It is going to be tougher and tougher to visually discern these new bikes like the Transition above, the upcoming Pivot Shuttle LT and this new Fuel EXe from analog ones.

The Transition is an analog bike.

My Rail is actually pretty quiet. More quiet than I expected. :bikewheelie:

Good perspective from Pink Bike and NSMB:

Like @utskier, Tom K. is also mulling it over. Probably a few more years, but this looks really good. Uncertain whether or not I want to be a first year owner of the brand spanking new motor.....

I think it would put an even bigger smile on his face ogsmile
Not difficult since riding right now does NOT put a smile on his face if there are a lot of climbs. He did have one on order last year but the order got canceled by Trek as it couldn't be fulfilled.

So, I got a very quick test ride report from a friend who simply said this bike is like a natural two-gear boost.

Hmmm.....still leaning towards not being an early adopter of the all-new motor concept.

There is a lot of talk on how quiet the TQ motor is. Maybe it's me but I do not find my Bosch to be too noisy, it is much quieter than some of the noiser freewheels I hear when riders are coasting along.

I have to think about it to notice mine even when I don’t have my AirPods in ha ha

Levo SL motor is pretty loud. It seems like in general full power motors are quieter.
