Trend in discounts for age

It will be interesting to hear what many of you have to say on the topic after you qualify for the old farts discount.
My expectation is that senior discounts won't exist by the time I qualify (20+ years from now). So I'll be happy if there's any kind of discount.

Sometimes they're sneaky about it. Last winter Stevens Pass (Vail Resorts) had a little noticed $29 day ticket for (I think) age 70 & up listed on the Stevens web site. One had to phone in and order the ticket to be picked up on arrival. WhistlerBlackcomb's super senior season pass, age 75+, not an epic product, is a screaming great deal, C$159. You have to telephone WB for it; it's not listed on the site.
