Long story short, lost our two beacons, ordered two new ones, then found them. Unfortunately I can't return them so I'm just trying to get my money back. The boxes are opened and the little plastic film that comes on the screen is peeled off as we took them out and put them in our bags a few weeks ago. Other than that, they never been used.
