Sports culture in North America has changed over the decades. I'll be if you had offered this poll thirty or forty years ago tennis would have been way higher on the list. Not saying that tennis is less popular than it used to be. I have no idea about that. I'm saying that the overlap between skiers and tennis players seems to have fallen way off. It used to be very common for retailers selling skis (or tennis rackets) to have names like "Such-and-Such Ski and Tennis." I hardly ever see that anymore.

I think the overlap between skiers and other mountain sports has grown.

Many years ago I worked at a shop in Denver that was primarily a ski shop, but to keep open in the summer we did a pretty good business with tennis, hardware to clothing. I wasn't a tennis player but did become a racket stringer. Necessary as we sold high end racket frames and also restrung rackets. Long enough ago that tennis rackets were wooden, if you can believe that. The shop name still exists but the organization now is no longer related to the shop I worked in, just has the same name.

Combine camping with glamping. Just say NO to sleeping on the ground!

The healthcare academic year starts the last week of June, with new students, Residents, Fellows, so I get to herd them around through the Summer and work a lot of hours.

There is a reason why folks recommend not getting sick or having surgery in June, July, and August.....

Maybe you can have a "Work" category?

Never thought about medical staffing during the summer. Glad I just booked the next for October.
My only thinking was to leave enough recovery days before ski season.
