Last night I poured this which was a birthday gift from the Minks a few weeks ago. Savoring this delicious nectar one sip at a time.
Would have posted last night but shut my computer off and watched the ball game with friends.

I really like this bottle.

A new discovery of mine is that Trader Joe’s have really rather tasty vegetable samosas - which were eaten with an IPA in the Gorvino ... yum.

Are those the pumpkin ones? I had some of those last night, with Bolthouse cilantro avocado dressing as a dip.

To me most "ultra premium" vodka is way overpriced. There is not a huge taste difference in vodkas over ~$20, IMO, and most of the time it's being mixed with something that will mask the flavor. If you're a vodka connoisseur YMMV. Ironically I can justify paying too much for good whiskey and tequila/mezcal without a second thought

Surprisingly this is only about $22/750ml last time I found it. It comes from Driggs, ID. Super smooth, with actual taste from the potatoes. It's not filtered to the point of taste invisibility. I wouldn't mix it with anything. They use potato flakes so the moisture can be kept consistent batch to batch, storage is easy, and transport of the raw material is less expensive.

Damn you, Costco! I never heard of this brand out of British Columbia but I have to admit the color and description got me. On the rocks it is smooth without any one botanical overpowering the others. It is more in the traditional London dry catagory to my taste buds. The color is from butterfly pea flower. Mixed about 2:1 with Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic and no lime, it sits in the back, just hinting it is there. The color really is pleasing too and the combo makes for a nice summer afternoon beverage.
