Lots of skiing.. after only 13days last year and got injured- I'm fully loaded.. I have Full Epic, Full Ikon, Gore/Whiteface Bellayre, and Royal Mt.
Doing a Ski safari early January- staying at loon and going to Ikon and Epic Mts near by plus buying a day pass at non pass mts.
February will be Park City- to Taos, home for Pres Week then out to Telluride early march- then back East or?? April going to Aleyska.. maybe Alta on the way or Breck or Big Sky.. seems finding flights from Albany to Alaska is tough so just may have to ski something out west, coming and going.
Gore and Whiteface supposed to open this Friday--- WROD-- WOO HOO SKI SEASON IS HERE!!!

For this season I've got a pretty full plate, and hope to make it a very full plate... I have trips to Keystone, Breckenridge, Taos, and Palisades Tahoe. And I may hit Diamond Peak, Mount Rose, Copper, A-Basin, Vail, or Beaver Creek on those trips too.

Locally I'm likely to get to Timberline (WV), and possibly some places in VA or PA. And hoping to get some days in NE, including the Gathering, but that's less certain.

As far as places I keep returning to... This will be my 6th trip to Taos this year... and Aspen is a place I could always go back to though I'm not planning on it this year. And I've been going to Colorado a lot and bought a condo at Keystone this past summer, so I'll be there more frequently. So, yes, there are places I keep going back to!

But I do set an annual goal to get to 2 new places a year too... This year Keystone will be new. And if I get to any of Mount Rose, Diamond Peak, Jay Peak, or Owl's Head, those would be new too.
Congrats on the condo!!! I LOVE Keystone! You will too!!! I may be in Breck first week in April- I would bus over to Keystone- I like it better than Breck (sorry breck fans) Copper is right there too another fantastic Mt. Ski ski ski!

I'll be in Keystone that week! I'll be working most week days, and skiing weekends, but will be trying to sneak away sometimes. Hit me up if you want to make some turns!

Back to the EpicLocal pass this year (Ikon last year) so will be mostly at Keystone, Breck, Vail and Beaver Creek with a trip or two to Crested Butte. Would be happy to ski with other Pugskiers.
If you get to Crested Butte PM me. I might not be able to ski with you, but I could point you in the right direction.

My home hill is Mt. Baker and I have a cabin near Stevens Pass. The others are yet to be determined. It will depend on the weather.

I have the RCR Super Pass again (Kicking Horse, Fernie, Kimberly, Nakiska, Lake Louise).

I mostly ski Kicking Horse. I ski Lake Louise early and late season. I ski Fernie when it snows. I don't bother with Nakiska or Kimberly.

I also bought the Mountain Collective for vacation.

I'll use to to ski Jackson Hole (2 days), Grand Targhee (1 day), Alta (2 days), and Snowbird (2 days).
I will also use my free days at Sunshine once Lake Louise closes in early May. I'll do 2 days at Revelstoke. I'll probably check out Panorama for a day, but it's tough to give up a Kicking Horse day for Pano.

Lastly, I plan on skiing Castle for at least one day.

I will also ski 30ish days in the backcountry. Mostly Rogers Pass from December to March. I'll be in the Canadian Rockies in the spring.

Last year we moved from PA (a stones throw from the Pocono ski areas) to NC. Last year only got out to Beech and Appalachian, so I have about a half dozen new areas in NC, WV, and VA to check out. Even the closest areas are a bit more than I can do as a single day, so with an overnight stay they're all pretty doable.

Are you sure about Gore and Whiteface? I have heard nothing? I am 40 miles south, we are expecting 60's.

I'm not one to try new places all the time. I've local skiing in CT so Otis and Butternut and then we've a condo at Magic in Southern Vermont so this means magic, Bromley, Stratton, pico and Killington.

Last year I went to belleayre and Windham for the first time and had a blast. I finally went to pico so learned about that awesomeness.

I love the eastern townships in Canada (Orford, Sutton and Owls head). Would love to get to Sugarbush again also.

One of my friends has a pass at Jiminy so I plan to meet him there. I've never skied there.
Is there a reason OKEMO never gets mentioned? Lots of Killington's, and Pico's. Even Bromley and Jiminy which I think of as local hills. Did Okemo get over built? Poor management? Back 20 years ago it had pretty good reputation, once you got away from the Lower Crowded Face hill.

Planning on at least 2 trips to Sun Valley, if not more. I'm sure I'll end up at Tahoe at least once, and then I'm hoping for a trip to Aspen

If this year is like last year I'll get 90+ days in, half of which will be at Mt Rose and the rest will be travleing for SkiTalk business, as well as Mammoth, and Pally Valley.

Mt Rose is definitely our home mountain for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is easy parking and ability to switch out skis when product testing.
Food is good and affordable and the place has a fantastic vibe.

No wonder it's so hard to keep up with you guys...I probably haven't had that many days the last 10 years.... :(

I guess I should get dates just in case I ride a chair with you.

Looks like Whitefish for us (when we escape the PA Poconos this coming March).

In March I have trips to Whitefish (never been) and to Sun Peaks
I seem to have you arriving as @Fuller departs on my calendar.

@chris_the_wrench is moving away. @Tom K. may still be around. I feel like there may be another member that's resident here, but I forget who.

I probably bit off more than I can chew this year, but oh well.

Going to Banff for Thanksgiving. Not much snow but the trip is more for a restorative change of scenery. I love it there.

Home mountain is Jay Peak for the season. I got an Indy Pass with the goal of checking out a few mountains within a few hours’ drive… Cannon, Whaleback, Dartmouth Skiway, Saskadena Six. Will see if I can finally squeeze a trip to Saddleback in.

I have a Stark Mountain Card for MRG. Three pack of lift tickets. I also have a night skiing pass to Bromont. Will go in evenings after work.

I’m tentatively going to Le Massif de Charlevoix before the NEG. If my friend joins, I’ll be there. But if she doesn’t, I might scrap it and just do a semi-local Indy Pass ski safari.

I committed to the NEG so I’m going.

In the summer I want to do an Oregon coast roadtrip, so maybe I’ll add my ski boots to my luggage and head over to Mt Hood Meadows :)
