The ribs were a good appetizer now for the main course. Although not on the bone we had stuffed mushrooms as a side dish.

Dino ribs. More outstanding Aussie beef from Costco here. Like the USA, one of the best places to get meat. The dogs really love these bones too.

Do you find that the Aussie beef taste different from the USA beef? Not sure why I have picked up a different flavor but I do, both are good I just taste a difference.

Better, if at all. Most of the beef I'm getting at Costco is grain fed/finished for a time period - as opposed to grass fed, same differences apply here and in USA.
