A few weeks ago — must have been not long after she broke her hand, which is still heavily bandaged — an Italian YouTuber spent a whole day with Sofia Goggia. (I thought the guy would drive me crazy but he grew on me.)

Anyway, you're not going to learn anything technical but it's endearing and there are some interesting insights. For example, she talks about seeing a therapist ("a psychiatrist, which is even worse," she says). She also mentions doing visually driven games to train her brain and better memorize terrain.

[Edited to add that the Goggia video has between twice and three times as many views as the YouTuber's other videos, and about a third more than the one with the tennis player Matteo Berrettini.)
