I’m with Grump, it’s dubious. Wonder if they’ve been had.
Doesn’t the Jitney have a bathroom in the bus? Park the car in the Hamptons for the week.

Awww, c'mon dude. The rich and famous on a bus mixing with the great unwashed. :nono:
Maybe there's an opportunity for an exclusive, expensive, luxury bus service, to avoid the unwashed masses. There's already DC <-> NYC service like this for $100-$200 each way (I want to know how well the "hover chairs" actually work!)

Maybe the Hamptons crowd would go for something even more upscale and more expensive, yet still much cheaper than helicoptering?

It is a tuff economy, people do steal groceries.
I have no doubt that people steal groceries out of desperation, but 7 people in multiple cars $2500 in groceries and 6 of the 7 people work(ed) at the store.....this is not your standard shoplifting.

Didn’t declare Subway sandwich bought in Singapore airport and not finished. Very expensive mistake!

She flew to Australia with a Subway sandwich. She was fined $1,844.

Australia's customs are draconian. I was questioned for 20 minutes in a private room about ibuprofen in a ziploc baggy. They repeatedly warned me that they could detain me until lab results came back. At the end of it they confiscated my ibuprofen and explained it was because it was not in a marked container. So I asked the guy point blank "So, if I had put some illicit pills in an ibuprofen bottle I wouldn't have been hassled?" "Probably not" he replied.
