In decent shape other than a little gate burn by the pockets. I'm 6' with a 33" waist and they fit with two under layers and a GS suit. Legs are a little long, but once skis and boots are on it wasn't a problem for me, but I don't think anyone under 5' 11" would want these. If you need full zips, these are priced right and have a lot of life left in them.
