The CX80 was, to me, one of the first of the modern era Rossignol skis. It was a wide carver when there was really no other skis like it on the market. It had tenacious grip and loved to go fast.

The update to the Look Pivot 15 and a vintage Look lifter modernized this classic ski by taking off a few pounds and allowing the ski to flex more naturally without losing what we loved about this Rossi. I also thought it best to ski it with my Lange XR9 Heritage boot which was a throwback from a similar generation.

Love the graphics, better than most rossi's now except the blackops 92/98 lines.
