    Class action against Vail Resorts for keeping all the money pass buyers paid

    https://www.law360.com/articles/1263013/vail-resorts-sued-over-ski-fees-during-covid-19 No word yet on a similar suit against the Ikon Pass collective, but I'm sure it's coming. I doubt either of these companies will actually become insolvent, though they're taking quite a haircut.
