You can throw IP on anything.

However, there are caveats. Having been involved with three IP cases, taking one to federal juried trial, I will stop there.

I'm wondering if that had anything to do with this. Rebranding after 15 years is not something to take lightly.. The digital retailer Backcountry Edge just rebranded as Enwild.
