Yesterday at the base of Snow Summit, CA. We don't get these lenticular wave clouds often like the Sierra, but it usually signals weather is incoming. View attachment 114166

Here is the same cloud formation a little later that evening one year ago, and it did prove to be a harbinger.

I skied the next day, and several times thereafter.
