Any similarity to the SRAM Hammerschmidt?!

Was an awesome concept. I'd argue that, with more development, we'd all be better off with 8-speed rear ends and hammerschmidt cranksets than we are with current 12-speed systems.

Technically, yes, though this one isn't really planetary.

I think the target market for _this_ one is urban all-weather e-bikes, in that it lets you get away with a smaller-less-to-carry motor and battery.
