I finally managed to lose one of the Trigger S straps--the thingy that goes on my mitten that clips to the pole. I love the LEKI Trigger S system so I want to find a replacement. It doesn't look like anyone besides LEKI sells these--does anyone know if that's right? I can keep an eye on ebay but it seemed odd none of the usual stores sell the straps.

I am not a fan of pole straps but this could get me to use them, like the concept. I've seen these on Ebay now and again. I hope you find some straps soon. Good luck!!

I like the system because with my Raynaud's, I have to use mittens, and I fumble too much getting in and out of regular pole straps using mittens. It seems inevitable that one or both of these straps is lost, though. I'm surprised it took me as long as it did to lose one. They also sell mittens with the loop, which might be the better way to go.

or a myriad of other retailers

That doesn't seem to be the case. I've done the searches and besides the LEKI site, I only found 2 European shops that have alpine straps, and these are the "vario" model. I am skeptical that is what I need--that might be a men's version/size, I can't tell, and it seems to be a discontinued product so the LEKI website doesn't help--and I don't want to deal with a shop on another continent in case it isn't right. But yes I can get them through LEKI, for $56 all in, which kinda blows. I actually found all new poles with straps for cheaper.

An alternative to a replacement strap. New LEKI gloves.

I bunch of stores sell them online - we bought a spare set not too long ago as we just got new LEKI poles with the trigger system. I am sure many physical stores also carry them (I know the one or two we often frequent do).

Artechski, Barrabes, Amazon, Race-Werks,...and of course LEKI.
