Long-Term Test: Atomic HAWX ULTRA 130

Attempting to replace my 15 year old Salomon X wave 7.0 with this boot. I like the weight(or lack thereof of the Hawx Ultra 130.

Just got into this boot in the 120 and this thread gives me that purchase validation warm fuzzy feeling. Great long term review! Should dispell any worries about the longevity of the light weight plastics/construction.

I have skied one season now with this boot in a 120 so has @Quinn Trumbower(Prime). Very happy with it.

In my third season with these boots and so far so good. They've held up well and the heel pocket is still solid. The only thing I've been wondering is if I'm able to flex them enough. I'm thinking of taking out the top screw to reduce the flex to 120 and give that a shot. Has anyone tried that and found it to be a noticeable change? I won't be able to try it myself for a couple weeks and I'm curious.
