Hard to tell for sure... could be Black Vultures.... hard to tell if the heads are red or not. If they're grey or black, those're Black Vultures...

Yes it was. It got wrapped up when they cut the tree and made the journey from upstate.

Just got home from a trip to Ketchum/Sun Valley. We were a little bummed that we weren't going to be there while the resort was open, but an early storm cycle left us plenty of goods. Tori got one day, I got two. Not many pictures of skiing, actually just one...
It almost feels like cheating. It's next to impossible to capture something objectively ugly...
