They've been doing that with their staffs at midwest and eastern resorts for years.

Is there not a thread about Kristen Lynch's email from yesterday? It seems that maybe they have turned over a new leaf for real. They are at least addressing staff issues. Not sure what they will do to improve the skier experience, but they are moving in the right direction.
