Interesting fact: Royal brakes are compatible with X-Comp. The brake bases are different, but Marker was smart enough to design the brake arm carriers such that the heel piece can be removed from the base and spring without tools. I now have 110mm brakes on my X-Comp16s soon to be mount on some Peak 104s.
