For the road bike, replacing the plugged rear tire.

The replacement has been on my bench for a month.

Honest, I'm going to get around to it!!!

For the mtbs, I think I'm set.....

I found a really good deal on a new saddle. Lime green for my red bike! Good saddle though... New tape for the bars and should be good to go.

Gotta replace cables on the roadie. And bleed brakes on the SS. Really ought to tear the roadie down to the frame, just to get a look at things since it's been a while, and probably should do the same to the SS since it's new-to-me. But I'm lazy.

So you are moving the saddle, bars, and pedals to a new bike?

Absolutely not! I am replacing the frameset, groupset and wheels on my existing bike. Same bike-mine, just different components.

I look after my bike, plan to use it for at least 20 years.

Probably good for me to get this all out of my head..

Fat Bike:
New wheels:
I9 hubs are here
Carbon rims(saving my pocket change)
Spokes still gotta decide on rims
12spd xt drivetrain hand me down swap from Sentinel

Full suspension trail:
Fore mentioned XT drivetrain hand me down to fatbike
XTR drivetrain swap(most parts on hand, need a shifter)
Swap 40mm stem for a 50mm
Swap 10mm rise alloy bars for slightly higher carbon bars

Hardtail:
Still looking for a used 100mm x 35 handlebar clamp stem, Trek made/makes one but I don't want to pay for new.

Gravel Bike:
Install Redshift suspension stem I bought over a year a go but just found when I unpacked from moving

Road Bike:
Now that I live someplace with abit more road riding again, just ride it.
