The process:
- You complete a very detailed profile on their portal of your workouts, sleep, etc.
- A tech comes to your house to do a blood draw.
- In about 10 days your profile is populated with very specific recommendations, drawing on food sources that you listed in your initial profile.
- Send results to your doctor, beacuse it lists metrics that they want.
- The cost, for us, with our shitty health insurance, costs about what a blood draw that our doctor orders. However this gives so much more actionable info.
