Feeling a little behind the ball for nutritional optimization? Check out InsideTracker. If you are overweight, this is one of the most accurate tools that you can use to shed weight. If you want to optimize performance, this is about as good as you can get without being connected with USOPC, a national team, etc.

They are rocking a 2 for 1 Black Friday sale. This is nutrition advise based on blood draw, measuring 41 markers, and your own unique physiology. Developed by 2 guys from MIT. You can trust Dr. Google. Or Dr. Facebook. Or Dr. Pugski. Or you can have accurate, granular information to plot your performance optimization. Use code TUNEMYDIET. As many of you know, my wife, Lynn Beck is a full-time trainer. This is how we chase nutritional optimization.

The process:
  • You complete a very detailed profile on their portal of your workouts, sleep, etc.
  • A tech comes to your house to do a blood draw.
  • In about 10 days your profile is populated with very specific recommendations, drawing on food sources that you listed in your initial profile.
  • Send results to your doctor, beacuse it lists metrics that they want.
  • The cost, for us, with our shitty health insurance, costs about what a blood draw that our doctor orders. However this gives so much more actionable info.
Maybe pay for one, get two, gift one to your SO? Or keep both so that you can validate results in 3 months - if you do your part, diet wise.
