Ebbetts Pass, May 16, 2022

After hearing that Ebbetts Pass had opened recently, my wife Michele and I took our dogs Zooey and Hazel up for some fun on the snow.

Monitor Pass, May 22nd

Zooey and I headed up to Monitor Pass to see if there were any patches of leftover corn snow.

Sonora Pass, May 23rd

We headed up to Sonora Pass for some cool fun on May 23rd. I skinned up. Michele snowshoed. Zooey and Hazel used their built-it doggie 4WD.

Thank you. Yes, I did. I use an old Canon SD 780 on a LEKI ski pole that has a camera mount when I unscrew one of the hand grips. I often use a custom setting on the Canon SD 780 that does a 30 second delay before taking a series of 10 pictures. Hopefully at least one out of the 10 shots turns out okay. Some of the other photos are taken by my wife using her iPhone.
Zooey and Hazel love the snow!
