Nordica might have resurrected a name from the past, but there is nothing warmed over about the all-new 2016 Enforcer. Just as the original Enforcer was a game changer, the new version also sets a standard. The 98-100mm category is one of the most highly contested in the industry, and it usually takes a season or so for a ski to move to the head of the class. Apparently no one told Nordica it needed to wait its turn.
What is amazing about the new Enforcer is its versatility. It is powerful without being demanding, compliant without being wimpy, quick turning without being nervous. What doesn’t it do? Not much. When a ski gets this many accolades from so many different sources, it is tough to ignore.
WHO IS IT FOR? The Enforcer is good for almost anybody who wants a playful 100mm ski that won't hold you back when the going gets rough.
WHO IS IT NOT FOR? I’m not sure. You can't say this about too many skis, but big guys, small guys, everyone likes it. Limitations are found only when something like a narrow carver or a 115mm+ powder ski is the appropriate tool.
INSIDER TIP: Nordica is sold out of these at the wholesale level, all of these are in shops. I would not be surprised if these are sold out by the time we go live with the full site in early January.
