Plantar Facsiatitis kept me off of the hill today. I couldn't even get my boot on.

Wow, sorry to hear that. Good orthotics with arch support will help greatly. I had PF once and could hardly walk when in Key West.

Also put arch supports in what ever everyday shoes you wear. (even cheap ones from CVS help.)
I traced the problem to crappy track shoes with no arch support. One pair was almost new, the other was brand new in box. both went in trash.

“the infirmed.” Pfft. Altitude caught up with me yesterday.
I told Phil there was a reason my avatar says “trying not to face plant” but he replied, “you even failed at that!” LOL. Instead I rocked a massive back-seat butt plant.

The best part about it?? I got Jimmy all to myself yesterday.

But sad I missed the skiing off Montezuma yesterday, as it was a bit crunchy on Tuesday and it looked glorious yesterday.
