Great PowerPass addition, and should help solidify MCP's position in the New Mexico and Oklahoma markets. It hasn't been real clear to me why the Abruzzos weren't opening Sandia the past couple years, but I've got more confidence in MCP tackling the problems, whatever they are.

Good El Nino conditions may be in play this year so maybe we will get lucky. It's feeling a lot like a drought winter right now. yeah they totally refurbed the Sunrise Express. It was definitely looking ratty the last time I was out there. Supposedly some big announcement will come from them on the 10th.I shouldn't be too down on them. Looks like they have spent some money on infrastructure improvements.
I poked around and found this press release from Oct 24.
