I guess they are going the distance.
But maybe they're going for speed.I guess they are going the distance.
I beleive the brakes will be 90, 100, 110-ish.What is the widest ski you put these on?
You can have your Cake and eat it too! There's something Sisyphean about that name for a binding.
"As they speed through the finish, the flags go down
The fans get up and they get out of town
The arena is empty except for one man
Still driving and striving as fast as he can
The sun has gone down and the moon has come up
And long ago somebody left with the cup
But he's driving and striving and hugging the turns
And thinking of someone for whom he still burns"
Brake options go up to 130mmWhat is the widest ski you put these on?
Other 13-16 DIN bindings in the catalog require manual adjustment between ISO 5355 and GripWalk. The new Strive automatically accepts both ISO 5355 & GripWalk - no toe height adjustment. How do these improve on current Salomon bindings, other than simply looking nicer ?
Did you read what I wrote? How do these improve on current Salomon bindings, other than simply looking nicer ?

Skis just as well (IMO) as the STH2 WTR, better than STH2 MNC.
The only thing the binding doesn't do is accept ISO 9523 Touring Norm soles (like a Warden-STH2-Shift MNC).
It's like every other "GripWalk" labeled binding on the market in this regard, and THIS is why GripWalk has become the go-to in bindings. The way the binding toe AFD is shaped and the way the GripWalk boot toe is shaped is what allows this to happen. Nothing about the binding adjusts or moves to accommodate a 5355 sole or a GripWalk sole.5355 and GW with no adjustment between them?! Does that change ramp angle? Trying to sort out how this works--does something need to move like other bindings, i.e. the top of the toe lug or the AFD?
Yes.What’s the heel stack height as I only see the toe height is 20mm. Same 24.5mm as before?
No. No. No.5355 and GW with no adjustment between them?! Does that change ramp angle? Trying to sort out how this works--does something need to move like other bindings, i.e. the top of the toe lug or the AFD?
