That was my regular commuting bike and I used to commute in the darkness on mostly quiet roads but there was a 2 mile section of riding on a 55mph hard shoulder. By having lots of lights it would confuse drivers as to what TF I was and they would slow down, maybe only to 55mph ...I think you need more lights!
