Not cashews. They are a seed, not a nut. ;-)

Speaking of cashews make me itch; they are related to poison ivy. I love cashews though I hate poison ivy.

1st sales job was the candy counter at Sears (yea I am old). They put me in a chef's hat while wearing my mandatory coat and tie and giving away free samples of hot cashews. The hook line was, "the curly little nut from the land of the Maharajahs" That was an easy sale.

Turning lemons into lemonade.
For this site, this Ron White quote probably applies...

"I believe that when life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade.............. then try to find someone who's life has given them vodka, and have a party."

Nevada becomes the 36th state.
I know we have members in Nevada, just a bit surprised someone didn't beat me to this one.

What is perhaps most shocking is the lack of even a shred of evidence supporting the existence of a blackout effect. Social questions such as this are often difficult or impossible to answer due to the absence of adequate data. It is disturbing to reflect how many other of our widely held popular beliefs may be similarly ill-founded.

If you say so, I remember a study of the NYC hospitals and they said it was correct.
