Where does one get the green chiles in the northeast?
They had them at Trader Joe's this past fall. But that was the first time I've seen them there. I threw them on my grill to char them up, peeled them, and froze the left overs. Keep your eye out end of summer-early fall for the hatch green chile gouda at TJ's. They only have it for a week or so before it sells out.

I'm so glad to be leaving NM this weekend. It has been torture watching the local news each night, hearing about the snow totals at the ski hills this past month while I sit here in ABQ with a wonky knee. But on the up side I have been getting my fill of green chiles.

Probably pretty good.

It was a one day event. The event was schedule for 3/21 with weather date as 3/22. From Tex's pic, it was done. yesterday.
