Speaking of remote... there's a WFO at Vail, and one at Snowbird... are there others?

The steepest run at Apex (near Penticton in southern B.C.) is GunBarrels, a legit double black diamond. There is also a Gunbarrels Saloon where the specialty is poring flaming alcohol down the top of the barrels of a double barrel shotgun (firing pin removed, no doubt)

Copied from the internet:
"Like many a drink before it, the Gun Barrel Coffee was inspired after a few libations. Brian Spence, a previous owner of the Gun Barrel Saloon at Apex Resort, was enjoying a couple of late-night drinks & decided to take the antique double barrel shotgun of the wall and use it to make a hot cocktail. Nearly three decades later and a relation to Big White Resort, the result is a time-honored tradition & awe-inspiring flame show. It starts with a double barrel shotgun aimed at a sugar-rimmed glass filled with coffee, brandy, crème de cacao, and whipped cream. The drink is finished off with flaming Grand Marnier shooting down the steel gun barrel into the glass. Truly a one-of-a kind drink!"

Riva Ridge? I can only recall the one at Berkshire East, but I think there are others. Oh, Vail.

Whiteface has a Riva Ridge I believe
Tod Mtn./Sun Peaks has had The Ridge run for 60 years although about a half dozen years ago they renamed it Munro Ridge to honour the memory of one of the mountain's original founders.

I'm just imagining the groans among the staff whenever someone orders one of those.

Home Run seems to be popular on bigger mountains where everything funnels back to the base.

What about runs that are named after lift towers, like at Squaw (Tower 16) and Jackson Hole (Tower 3)?

Boston Globe published an article a number of years ago for New England's most common trail names here's the outcome:

"The Bowl". Officially or by common usage lots of places seem to have this one.
I would say a lot of resorts have something people refer to as "the bowl"... but usually there's an actual name, like Sun Bowl or Sugar Bowl. Is there a resort that actually just calls an area/run "The Bowl"?

Wow... that's a lot of Liftlines. I looked up the article to see if they gave the detail behind the table, but they didn't include it.

I guess the question is, are there more "Exhibition" runs than "Liftline" runs outside of New England to make that the #1? I wouldn't think so, and suspect Liftline is the right answer. (I wouldn't think "Chute" would be able to surpass the others because most chutes in the west have a fuller name, like Chute 75, or Alta Chute.)

Mt Ashland's trail map has "The Bowl".

More interesting though are a number of runs with names from Shakespeare plays: Romeo, Juliet, Tempest, Balcony, Sonnet, Betwixt ..... Ashland Oregon is home to the Shakespeare Festival.

Since I work in the space industry, my favorite set of trail names is at Crotched Mountain in NH.... they're mainly space related.... Shooting Star, Big Dipper, Galaxy, Supernova, etc. I've never actually skied there though.

Mt Hood Meadows would be interesting for you. We have the "Shooting Star" lift, the Apollo, Gemini, Voyager, Discovery, Titan, Mercury, Inner Limits runs.

Sun Valley has an Exhibition and a Ridge.

Aspen Mt has Niagra. I saw once where somebody painted out one of the legs of the N on the trail sign to change it to Viagra.
