Nope, different toepieces the model and Pivot 15 is all metal!Haha thanks everyone!
@chris_the_wrench and @anders_nor thanks for the binding suggestions. A lot of used stuff comes with one of the standard "all mtn" 13 din options... just making sure they would be fine for now.
And if I go new, is there any good choice I wont regret below the Pivot 15's?
Not sure I get the question, but the pivot 15 and pivot 18 are full metal toe pieces. Pivot 14 went to some plastic giblets a few years back and Im pretty sure they never returned to all metal. And if I go new, is there any good choice I wont regret below the Pivot 15's?

edit: @Atomicman and me were typing same statement and same time...
You and I speak the same language, hahaha! You will probabaly be fine, no idea what DINS' you usually run though. It's more the weight of an all metal binding on the M102 just feels right. like Cup2's on your GT3

2021's: https://www.look-bindings.com/product/all-mountain-bindings-pivot-15-gw-b115-gold2020 or 2021? pics? gold will look good on either.
haha I currently rock trofeo R's but think I will go cup2 again for 2022, hard life choices.
usually you can get a deal on mantras, because when people pick them up in showroom they fear them.
The place I bought it from put their tune on it before they shipped them to me, haha.nooooo
The factory tune on them is usually very mellow & non hooky
For stiffness its one of very few 100mm's you can DRIVE HARD, really a no speedlimit no holes barred ski, but a friendly one at that.
Thanks for the reply - just read the thread titled 'Long and heavy charger skis' - I saw how much you enjoy the Mantra 102's. Lots of good info in there. A little surprised the Sender Ti's weren't mentioned at all. Didn't see much on the Bonafide 97's either.
Would you recommend 191's over the 184's for my size and goals in the M102's?
Thats the plan, unless I improve enough the Dr thinks I am ok with therapy... I have been working with this PT for years, and they and the Dr are both aligned with the local NFL team, and work with professional athletes (as well as Olympic team, college teams, MLB teams, etc) - I do trust them to do what is best.Get the MRI.
Guys, thinking out loud here. If I wasn't scared of going a little less under foot, would the M5/M6 be a very similar ski to the Mantra 102s? Reading / watching reviews they say they are, but curious as to real world thoughts on this.
Just trying to weigh my options.
